Due to the custom-made and delicate nature of our floral products, we do not accept general returns unless the item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (you received the wrong product)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If your item arrives damaged beyond use
- If we made an error with your order
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for processing.
Exchanges:
As each piece is one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we do not offer exchanges. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to message us for help choosing the right design for you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure to double-check your details before confirming the order.
